At Label KS, we want you to love your outfits! If you are not completely satisfied with the size, fit, or quality, you can easily request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Custom-tailored or sale items are not eligible for returns.
How it works:
- Raise a request by emailing us at info@thelabelks.com with your Order ID and reason.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (or mention if the customer has to ship it).
- After inspecting the item, your refund will be processed via store credit / bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
