1. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Specify if you offer free delivery above a certain order value (e.g., “Free shipping on orders above ₹999”).
Flat Rate: Mention the exact delivery fee for orders below that amount.
2. Order Tracking
Let customers know that they will receive a Tracking ID/Link via email or SMS once the package is dispatched.
Remind them they can use the “Track Order” tab on your website.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you offer COD, mention if there are any extra charges for it.
If you do not offer COD, clearly state: “We only accept prepaid orders.”
4. Non-Delivery / Incorrect Address
